Placing an order online with us is safe and secure!

We use a communication protocol (HTTPS) that does not compromise credit card information. Our online operations are 100% safe.

A reassuring note about credit card fraud: In the event of loss or theft of your credit card, contact the issuing company immediately, but even if you forget to notify the issuing company, your liability is always limited to a $50 maximum and more often a $0 maximum if you have been dealing with the same financial institution for some time.

We encourage you to use your credit card on our secure website. If you prefer, you can request that we call you to obtain your credit information. It is also possible to pay for your order by postal money order or by cheque. However, paying by cheque will delay your order, as we will need to ensure the receipt of funds before we can ship.

Please allow an additional 7-10 days for delivery if paying be cheque. To pay by cheque, simply print the page confirming your order, fill in the necessary boxes, then mail us this information to the address you will find on the page 'Contact us' in the menu on the right.

Return / return policies

Each item is inspected meticulously before being shipped. If the merchandise you receive is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately to obtain a return authorization number (RMA) for the return of this merchandise. Any claim MUST be made within 3 DAYS of receipt of your order. Transportation costs will not be refunded. Returned products must absolutely be new and have never been used to qualify for a refund.
