This chip will reset the ink level of the LEXMARK 12A8300, 12A8305, 12A8400, 12A8405, and 23820SW cartridges.
When you refill a LEXMARK 12A8300, 12A8305, 12A8400, 12A8405, or 23820SW cartridge, you must replace the chip. This chip is already included with our refill kits.
